Service Fee: - $100.00 Base fee per visit

Travel Charge: $0.70/km Beyond 30 km radius of Hardisty

Parts & Materials: Charged separately

Basic Electrical

Light Switch / Outlet Replacement/ Repair – $85.00

Ballast Replacements - $125.00/light

Price does not include parts and materials.

Basic Light Fixture Replacement — $95.00/light

Prince does not include parts and materials

Basic fixtures include:

  • Flush-mount lights (simple dome or glass cover)

  • Semi-flush mounts

  • Standard ceiling or wall-mounted fixtures with 1–2 bulbs

  • Vanity bar lights (simple straight bar styles)

These are priced at our standard light fixture rate.

Complex Light Fixtures - Contact us for quoting

These type may require additional time, assembly, or support, and are priced higher.

Examples include:

  • Chandeliers and multi-arm fixtures

  • Ceiling fans with lights

  • Pendant lights with multiple drops

  • Ballast replacement

  • Track lighting systems
  • Exterior fixtures requiring weatherproofing or ladder work

Final pricing depends on the type of fixture, ceiling height, and site conditions. Any adjustments will always be discussed with you before work begins.

Safe and clean gutter clearing for single-story homes with gutters under 9 ft high. We remove debris and test downspouts. 

Sorry, we don’t service multi-story homes or high rooflines at this time.

Remote Estimates:
We offer free ballpark estimates via text or email when you provide photos, measurements, and a clear description of the job. This helps us give you a general idea before any site visit.

On-Site Quotes:
If a site visit is required to assess the work, our standard $100 service fee applies. This fee covers travel, site assessment, quoting time, and time reserved in our calendar.

Please note:
– This fee is not a deposit and is non-refundable if no work is approved.
– It does not include labor unless stated in advance.
– If the job is booked and completed during the same visit, the service fee may be credited toward the final invoice, at our discretion.
