F.A.Q

Do you offer free Quotes?

We offer on-site quotes for a flat $100 service fee, which covers our time, travel, and professional assessment. If you choose to go ahead with the work, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice — so it’s never lost.

This ensures we can give fair, accurate pricing while respecting both your time and ours.

How do I book a service?

You can submit a work order through our website or contact us by phone or email. Once we review the request, we’ll reach out to confirm a time.

Do you bring your own tools?

Yes, we come prepared with our own tools, including an electric pressure washer and leaf blower. With a few exceptions — like mowing and trimming — we may need to rely on the homeowner’s equipment if available.

Are you insured and bondable?

Yes — we carry general liability insurance and are bondable. That means you can trust us to work safely and respectfully in your home or on your property.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Not necessarily. As long as we have safe access and clear instructions, we can complete most tasks without you needing to be there.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Hardisty, Amisk, Lougheed, Hughenden, Irma, Sedgewick, and nearby rural areas. A small travel fee applies beyond 30 km of Hardisty.

What types of jobs do you do?

We handle minor home repairs, installations, furniture assembly, drywall patching, general odd jobs, and more. Check our Pricing & Services for full details.
